Itinerary – 5-day Toubkal Summit Trek – Toubkal Ascent
Day 1: Europe – Marrakech
Arrival at Marrakech airport. Welcome by our team and transfer to your hotel. Free time to explore the medina and rest after the flight. Overnight in Marrakech. This first day allows you to prepare for the 5-day Toubkal trek and the summit ascent.
Day 2: Marrakech – Imlil – Refuge
Early-morning transfer to the village of Imlil (1,740 m), the gateway to the Toubkal massif. Start of the 5-day Toubkal hike towards the Toubkal refuge (3,200 m), in the heart of the Moroccan High Atlas.
Elevation gain: +1,460 m, Duration: 5 to 6 hours of walking. Overnight at the refuge. This stage helps you acclimatise and enjoy the alpine scenery.
Day 3: Refuge – Toubkal Summit – Refuge – Imlil
The highlight of the Toubkal trek: the Toubkal ascent (4,167 m), the highest peak in North Africa. Return to the refuge for lunch, then descend to Imlil.
Elevation gain: +967 m / -1,460 m, Duration: 8 to 10 hours depending on pace. Overnight in Imlil. This stage is the high point of the tour, offering spectacular panoramas over the Atlas massif.
Day 4: Imlil – Marrakech (Hammam and massage)
Return by vehicle to Marrakech. Relaxing afternoon with a traditional hammam and massage to recover from the efforts of the 5-day Toubkal trek. Free time for shopping or strolling through the souks. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 5: Marrakech – Airport
