They apply to all our services, including holidays, tours, treks, excursions, accommodation and related services.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"information\">1. Information and Updates<\/h2>\n<p>We regularly check and update the information published on <a href=\"https:\/\/trek-maroc-aventure.com\/en\/\">trek-maroc-aventure.com<\/a>. However, descriptions, schedules, prices and conditions may change. If an important change affects a confirmed booking, we will inform the client as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"booking-payment\">2. Booking and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 Booking<\/h3>\n<p>A booking becomes confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send written confirmation to the client.<\/p>\n<h3>2.2 Payment<\/h3>\n<p>The client must pay a deposit of <strong>30% of the total trip price<\/strong> after receiving the booking confirmation.<br \/>\nThe remaining balance must be paid <strong>in cash on arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"promotions\">3. Promotions and Discounts<\/h2>\n<p>Promotions apply only when the entire stay takes place during the advertised promotional period.<br \/>\nDiscounts cannot be applied retrospectively.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"child-discounts\">3.1 Child Discounts<\/h3>\n<p>Discounts depend on the child\u2019s age on the departure date:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Infants under 2 years old<\/strong> without a separate bed: free of charge depending on the accommodation conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children aged 2\u201310 years<\/strong>: approximately 20% discount when sharing a room with their parents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"duration-times\">4. Trip Duration and Times<\/h2>\n<p>The duration of a stay is calculated according to the number of nights. In general, hotel rooms are available from 2:00 pm and must be vacated before 12:00 noon. The arrival day begins from the time the client enters Moroccan territory.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"accommodation\">5. Accommodation<\/h2>\n<p>Accommodation classifications are based on local standards. We make every effort to respect the category and services booked, although some variations may occur depending on the establishment.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"check-in-check-out\">5.1 Check-in and Check-out<\/h3>\n<p>Rooms are generally available from 2:00 pm and must be vacated before 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may result in an additional charge.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"room-types\">5.2 Room Types<\/h3>\n<p>Single rooms are limited and often require a supplement.<br \/>\nTriple or quadruple rooms may include additional or extra beds.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"meals\">6. Meals<\/h2>\n<p>Meal plans, including half board and full board, are specified on each trip page. Unless otherwise stated, meal plans generally begin with dinner on the first day and end with breakfast on the final day. Drinks are generally not included unless specifically mentioned.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cancellation\">7. Cancellation and Changes by the Client<\/h2>\n<h3>7.1 Cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>All cancellations must be sent by email.<\/p>\n<p>The following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 5 weeks before departure: full refund of the deposit.<\/li>\n<li>Between 4 and 2 weeks before departure: refund of 50% of the deposit.<\/li>\n<li>Less than 2 weeks before departure: no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.2 Changes<\/h3>\n<p>The client may request a change up to 30 days before departure. If the requested change increases the price, for example due to the number of participants or additional services, the corresponding supplement will be charged. Otherwise, we generally accept the change without additional fees.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"insurance\">8. Insurance and Liability<\/h2>\n<p>We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance covering cancellation, assistance and medical care. We cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including weather conditions or incidents caused by third parties.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"force-majeure\">9. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p>In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, government measures or epidemics, we will offer an alternative solution or a refund whenever possible.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"personal-data\">10. Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is used only to process bookings and organise trips. Clients may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Trek Maroc Aventure.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"complaints\">11. Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>Clients may contact our customer service by email at <a href=\"mailto:trek.maroc.aventure@gmail.com\"><strong style=\"color: green;\">trek.maroc.aventure@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> or by post. We review each request and respond within a reasonable period of time.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"general-provisions\">12.
